If you've ever dreamed of running away and joining the circus, then this class is for you. Silks is a beautiful combination of circus and dance. Sophisticated and elegant, the combination of strength, flexibility and artistry will get you floating on air while toning the entire body. At City Dance Corps, we have two levels, and additional weekly classes to build your strength and technique.
Aerial Silks Stretch and Strength
Do you want to achieve consistency on the Aerial Silks and develop a rock solid technique? Stretch & Strength is a power hour of non-stop aerial conditioning, with a focus on endurance, flexibility and mastery of the fundamentals. Get that straight-leg straddle under your belt, master a hip key and perfect your climb. This class is appropriate for anyone who's completed Absolute Beginner at CDC and is guaranteed to strengthen and stretch you to the next level! See you in the sky!

Aerial Silks Open Gym
Open Gym is a self-directed training session supervised by our Aerial Silks Instructor who is there to ensure students abide by studio policies regarding safe use of each apparatus. This is not an instructional class; Open Gym is time for you to practice what you’ve learned in Aerial Silks class on your own and get access to equipment. You must complete the full Aerial Silks Absolute Beginner Level 1 course before attending Open Gym. Anyone who has not taken an Aerial Silks course at City Dance Corps but is experienced with Aerial Silks will need approval from the Open Gym instructor, Haley Shannon, to attend.
