Take your ballet skills to the next level with our Ballet Level 2 Series — three 6-week courses designed for dancers who have completed the Intro to Ballet Series or who have some foundational ballet experience. Each course builds on the fundamentals of posture, alignment, foot and arm positions, and barre and centre work, while introducing more advanced technical challenges. Dancers will refine musicality, coordination, balance, agility, and control, gaining confidence and artistry in more dynamic and expressive sequences. Like the Intro Series, each course can be taken individually, allowing you to focus on the areas that excite you most while continuing to develop a well-rounded ballet technique.

These classes are perfect for adults who are new to dance, eager to explore contemporary as a style, or looking to build a foundation before joining weekly open classes. No experience needed. Your contemporary journey starts here.

Our Intro to Tap Series offers three unique 6-week courses designed to introduce adults to the fundamentals of tap dance. Each course explores rhythm, musicality, footwork, and terminology through clear instruction and supportive practice.
Courses are not sequential—you may begin with any one of the three. -
Continue developing your tap dance skills with our Intro to Tap Level 2 Series—three distinct 6-week courses designed for adults who have completed the Intro to Tap Series or have some entry-level tap experience. Each course helps build on the fundamentals of rhythm, footwork, musicality, and tap terminology taught in the Intro to Tap, gradually introducing more challenging combinations and expressive techniques. Dancers will strengthen timing, coordination, and musical interpretation, gaining confidence and artistry in slightly longer and more dynamic tap sequences. As with the Intro Series, each Intro to Tap Level 2 course can be taken in any order.

Designed for adults with little to no dance experience, this class introduces the core foundations of House: rhythmic footwork, grounded grooves, jacking, loose-leg variations, and expressive upper-body movement, all guided by the heartbeat of house music.
House isn’t just steps—it’s a culture built on freedom, self-expression, and community. Alongside foundational technique, you’ll learn how to feel the music, improvise within the groove, and respond authentically through movement. Classes include drills, grooves, freestyle exercises, and choreography sequences that bring everything together in a fun, uplifting environment.
You’ll also be introduced to the cultural roots of House, born from Chicago and New York club culture, celebrating unity, individuality, and shared expression on the dance floor. As your confidence grows, you’ll be ready to join our community practice sessions and feel part of the vibe.

Learn how to move in heels with alignment, confidence, and control. This foundational course introduces proper mechanics for dancing in heels, focusing on posture, core engagement, weight distribution, ankle strength, hip pathway control, and clean lines.
Dancers will explore fundamental drills including heel walks (strut, catwalk, and groove-based walking patterns), foot articulation in heels, hip initiation, controlled transitions, turns in heels, and basic floor awareness. Each week develops both technique and performance quality, emphasizing safety, intention, and personal expression.
Students will apply their technical practice to choreography, working toward a short piece built gradually over the 6-week session. Beyond movement, the course emphasizes confidence, character-building, and interpretation, helping dancers discover their own style in heels — whether sultry, fierce, soft, or bold.

Beginners (ages 18+) who love music videos, commercial dance, or want to feel more empowered and expressive on stage or socially. Perfect for those curious about dance in heels, whether brand new to movement or transitioning from hip hop, jazz, or ballroom. No experience required — just a pair of heels you can move in and a willingness to show up for yourself. -
Step into the foundations of Hip Hop culture and movement through groove, rhythm, and foundational street dance techniques. This course focuses on the core building blocks of Hip Hop freestyle and choreography, exploring bounce, rock, jack, step variations, isolations, and bass-driven weight shifts.
Students learn how to dance inside the beat—not just follow it—by training musical responsiveness, rhythmic patterning, and Hip Hop textures such as sharp vs. smooth, heavy vs. light, and pocket vs. attack. Across the floor and centre combinations include foundational movement styles inspired by Old School Hip Hop, House influence, Party Dances, and Funk styles (locking grooves, downrock foundations, and basic footwork variations may be introduced at a beginner level).
Each class ends with phrase work where students apply technique to choreography, building toward a short piece over the 6 weeks. Dancers gain confidence in performance, timing, and groove while developing their own personal “flavour.”

Beginners (ages 18+) who are new to Hip Hop or want to learn how to groove, dance confidently to music, and understand hip hop foundations instead of just learning trendy moves. Perfect for anyone who wants to dance with more style, bounce, power, and musicality. -
Experience the energy, rhythm, and joy of Afro-Beats in this 6-week beginner-friendly course designed for adults who want to explore one of today’s most vibrant dance styles. This course introduces the foundations of Afro-Beats movement — groove, footwork, isolations, and rhythmic coordination — while celebrating the cultural influences that shape the style.
Dancers will learn classic steps, modern variations, full-body grooves, travelling movements, and short choreography sequences that highlight the grounded, expressive, and rhythmic qualities of Afro-Beats. Intro to Acro (Adults Only)
Build strength, balance, and confidence as you learn the foundational skills of acrobatics in a safe, adult-only environment. This course focuses on floorwork, basic inversions, rolls, balances, and controlled entries/exits, with an emphasis on alignment, stability, and injury-prevention.

To introduce adults to core acro techniques, improving strength, flexibility, and body awareness while learning beginner-level acro skills.Who this is good for:
