LET’S GET STARTED!
Latin dance classes are social, fun, cultural and teach you how to bring mutual awareness to movements with a partner. Our Latin dance program consists of Salsa and Bachata classes. With any of these Latin dance styles, you can bring your personal creativity to the dance floor while understanding how movements in your body can affect your dance, and your partner. Pre-registration is required to maintain an equal leader to follower ratio.

“In our Bachata intro courses, you'll cover key footwork such as side basics, forward basics, on-the-spot movements, and free spins. In partnering, you'll navigate basics to the side, forward and back, and on the spot.”

SALSA INTRO COURSE REVIEW
“In our introductory courses, you'll delve into foundational footwork, including the basic step, side breaks, back breaks, and 5th position breaks. Transitioning into partnering, you'll master essential moves like the basic partner step and the engaging cross-body lead.”
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Progressive Classes:
Progressive classes require a commitment to 4-week installments and may be canceled one week prior to the start date if enrollment is insufficient.
Clients must cancel lessons at least 2 hours before the class start time.
Progressive classes include:
Salsa: Intro to Salsa, Level 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and Salsa Advance
Bachata: Intro to Bachata, Level 1, 2, 3 and Bachata Advance
Tango: Intro to Tango, Tango Beginner, Tango Inter/Advance
Non-Progressive Classes:
Non-progressive classes operate on a drop-in basis.
Clients must sign up at least 2 hours before the class start time.
Non-Progressive classes include Salsa Styling and Technique, Salsa 'How to Find the 2', Tango Technique, Afro-Cuban Technique, and any additional master classes or POP-UPs (noted in a lighter blue color on the schedule).
Passes and Memberships:
Intro Courses: $80.00+HST for a 4-week course. No additional fees for missed classes.
Salsa Level 1 and Bachata Level 1: $80.00+HST for a 4-week course. No additional fees for missed classes.
Trial Month Unlimited Classes: $90.00+HST for 30 days. Must cancel 2 hours before class; otherwise, a $30.00+HST charge applies (one-time sickness waiver available).
Unlimited Latin Classes - AutoRenew: $145.00+HST per month with a 2-month commitment. Same cancellation policy as the trial pass.
Unlimited Latin Classes - One Month Only: $175.00+HST. Same cancellation policy as the trial pass.
Single Class/Drop-in Rate: $30.00+HST for non-progressive classes; $120.00+HST for progressive classes. No refund or makeup for early cancellations in progressive courses.
FREE FOR CDC STUDENTS!
Practice makes perfect and it's only through regular practice that you can truly master your Salsa and Bachata moves. City Dance Corps hosts a weekly Salsa - Bachata practice for all members to meet other students and perfect their moves. This is free for all members and non-members are welcome as a well for a $5 fee.
