Whether you're new to ballet or looking to build a stronger foundation, this 6-week series is the perfect place to start. Ballet Conditioning & Core Stability is designed to introduce the fundamentals of ballet technique while focusing on building core strength, balance, and body alignment — the essentials of every dancer's training.
Each class blends:
Ballet technique basics – including posture, footwork, arm positions, and alignment
Targeted core exercises – inspired by Pilates and dance conditioning
Stability & balance drills – to enhance control and fluidity
Stretch & recovery work – to lengthen muscles and prevent injury
