To qualify for Non-Profit Rate:
The non-profit rate is a discounted price offered to non-profit organizations or use for non-revenue-generating practice sessions or rehearsals.
Evenings are bookings that start after 5pm.

Capacity is determined by the type of use.
HST not included in prices and will be added check-out.
A rental agreement must be signed prior to booking.
Event Rates are available by request. Special requests for rentals outside of operating hours can be arranged for an additional fee of $75/hr + HST.

All square footage is approximate.
Tables, chairs, portable ballet barres are additional costs and only offered if available.
Photo permits must be purchased for any filming or photoshoots.
