This permit is for the purpose of capturing photo and video content within the premises for promotional, marketing, and social media use.

To qualify for Non-Profit Rate:

The non-profit rate is a discounted price offered to non-profit organizations with a valid non-profit registration number.

Evenings are bookings that start after 5pm.

Filming for commercials, videos, promotional, please contact estelle@citydancecorps.com for a quote. Prices above do not apply.

Capacity is determined by the type of use.

HST not included in prices and will be added check-out.

A rental agreement must be signed prior to booking.

Event Rates are available by request. Special requests for rentals outside of operating hours can be arranged for an additional fee of $75/hr + HST.

All square footage is approximate.

Tables, chairs, portable ballet barres are additional costs and only offered if available.

Photo permits must be purchased for any filming or photoshoots.
