The first Filipina-Canadian to be featured in Chatelaine Magazine as Ms. Chatelaine (Canada's #1 Magazine), and named 'one of Canada's Best Street Dancers' by CBC Music, Diana Reyes a.k.a. FLY LADY DI has been harnessing dance success for over a decade. She has worked with the world's most renowned choreographers such as Laurieann Gibson (Honey), Darrin Henson (Britney Spears), Adolfo 'Shabbadoo' Quinones ('Breakin' 1 & 2') Jae Blaze (Sean Paul) and Jamaica (Ashlee Simpson) and artists such as MC Lyte, The Clipse featuring Pharrell Williams, Fabolous, and Teddy Riley (BlackSTREET) to name a few. She trained in New York City with Hip Hop and House pioneers MOP TOP / Elite Force Crew and has since taught dance workshops in Mumbai, Toronto, Vancouver and Winnipeg. She has judged international competitions such as UDO Street Dance Championships, World of Dance Toronto, Dance@Live India and Hip Hop International India. Her work has won several awards such as MTV's VMA for Viewer's Choice for Fall Out Boy's 'Dance Dance' video, People's Choice for Manifesto's Floor Awards and Best Canadian Feature at Reel Asian Film Festival for her choreography for web series Prison Dancer. Diana trailblazed as the first All-Styles Dance Director for Manifesto Festival, one of North America's biggest and longest-running Hip Hop festivals in North America and is currently embarking upon her career as an international artist with magazine interviews translated in French, Japanese, Taiwanese and Hindi. Her ceaseless energy and ambition are sure to keep her relevant for years to come.
