Day Rates, Half Day Rates and Event Rates are available by request. Special requests for rentals before and/or after hours can be made and prices will be quoted accordingly. Rates may vary and HST taxes will apply. All square footage is approximate. A 50% deposit must be made to confirm booking. Cancellation fees apply. Studio rental agreement must be signed prior to use.
