Elizabeth Vecchio has had the passion of movement for over 20 years. Her roots formed through recreational dance classes, where she later moved forward to dance competitively, attended Etobicoke School of the Arts, and graduated from the York University Dance Program.
Elizabeth became a Canadian Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor in 2010 after returning from living abroad in South East Asia. She was introduced to yoga pranayama by a friend and hasn't turned back since. Elizabeth divides her time between teaching Ballet Bootcamp, Stretch & Tone, Flexibility, Modern Dance, Ballet Yoga Fusion as well as Vinyasa, Hatha and Power Yoga classes within the Toronto Dance & Yoga community. Elizabeth has more than 1500 hours of teaching experience and is also a Lole Women brand ambassador.
Elizabeth's classes are lead with kindness, a light heart, and most successfully passion. Her trademark is her ability to seamlessly describe and transition postures with breath using her ballet, contemporary and modern dance background.
