Dione Mason is dedicated to motivating and inspiring others to optimal health. With 15 years experience in fitness, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. Dione teaches Bootcamp, Bokwa®, Cardio Kickboxing, Zumba® and more. She has worked with some of the best training facilities in Toronto to International Resorts in the Caribbean. She has been featured in Sway Magazine, SNAP Magazine, Toronto Social Review and Can Fit Pro Magazine to name a few.
In addition to teaching fitness, she lives the fitness philosophy by participation in fitness and community events as the Scotiabank Waterfront Marathon, Sporting Life 10K, Harry's Spring Run Off, the United Way CN Tower climb and Tough Mudder.
