Lengthen and strengthen your body with this Pilates/Yoga/Floor Barre infused class. Great for a gentle yet powerful workout and compliments any dance class. Props like weight balls and stretch bands may be used. Mats needed. Bring your own or rent from us for $1.

This is a unique Pilates based class that takes the best classical Pilates exercises and gears them towards dancers that are looking to improve posture, placement, alignment, balance, turn out and overall dance technique.
