BALLET / CONTEMPORARY
Angel Wong was born in Hong Kong and trained at the Australian Ballet School in Melbourne, Australia. She has worked with the Hong Kong Ballet, English National Ballet, Birmingham Royal Ballet, Ballet Jorgen Canada and Proartedanza. Ms Wong's repertoire during her ten year career includes principle roles in Romeo and Juliet, Cinderella, The Sleeping Beauty, La Fille Mal Gardee, The Nutcracker and Anastasia. She has also danced in many contemporary works, including creations by Kit Holder, Kevin O'Day, Roberto Campanella and Robert Glumbeck. Ms. Wong also holds a Bachelors of Design from OCAD University. She has designed sets and costumes for Robert Stephen, Jacob Niedzwiecki, Hit and Run Dnce Productions, and a tutu for the National Ballet of Canada's Tutu Project in 2012.
She is now the creative director of & FOR LOVE, a bohemian inspired contemporary bridal collection based in Toronto. She currently dance with Toronto's Opera Atelier.
