Stretching your muscles leaves you feeling energizes and less prone to injury. Touch your toes or learn the splits. Improve your extensions, back bends and entire range of motion with this dance based flexibility class. This is also a great compliment to any dance class. A mat will be needed.

At City Dance Corps, we offer Drop In classes in all dance styles. From Absolute Beginners to Advanced levels, drop in classes are a flexible option for students who have unpredictable schedules. You don't need to pre register, call ahead, or pre pay for these classes. Just show up dance.
