Lengthen and strengthen your body with this Pilates influenced class. Great for a gentle yet powerful workout and compliments any dance class.  A mat will be needed. Those who take Stretch and Tone also like Ballet Boot Camp, Zumba and Power Barre.

At City Dance Corps, we offer Drop In classes in all dance styles.  From Absolute Beginners to Advanced levels, drop in classes are a flexible option for students who have unpredictable schedules.  You don't need to pre register, call ahead, or pre pay for these classes. Just show up dance.
