Adult Acro is a progressive 7-week course focusing on full body conditioning, flexibility, balance, and strength training through acrobatics. The session will begin with the instruction of acrobatic fundamentals such as balances, splits, cartwheels, rolls, and back bends. As the session continues, dancers will be challenged with progressive acrobatic skills and dance elements. This class involves safe and hands-on spotting techniques by our qualified Acrobatics instructor.
