You'll be head over heels in our new Absolute Beginner Acro course. A fun way to get fit; no experience required!
Adult Acro is a progressive 7 week course focusing on full body conditioning, flexibility, balance, and strength training through acrobatics. The session will begin with the instruction of acrobatic fundamentals such as balances, splits, cartwheels, rolls, and back bends. As the session continues dancers will be challenged with progressive acrobatic skills and dance elements. This 75 minute class will involve safe and hands on spotting techniques by our qualified acrobatics instructor Jessica Mannara.
Dress Code: form fitted clothing - no shoes.

This is a registered class. Space is limited and students must pre register to confirm a spot in the class. Registration is based on a first come, first serve basis.
